    Peakwater Volatility Alpha Fund (Registration No. T24VC0084D-SF004) is a registered sub-fund of Pilgrim Investment VCC, an umbrella variable capital company incorporated in Singapore, with the assets and liabilities of Peakwater Fund segregated in accordance with section 29 of the Variable Capital Companies Act 2018 of Singapore.

    The appointed investment manager of Peakwater Volatility Alpha Fund is Pilgrim Partners Asia (Pte.) Ltd., which holds a capital markets services (CMS) licence issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to carry on the business of fund management for qualified investors only.

    David is the CIO & portfolio manager and fund representative (No. LST300836997) for Pilgrim Investment VCC - Peakwater Volatility Alpha and Pilgrim Investment VCC - Peakwater BTC Enhance Fund. David has 13+ years experience in financial services & derivatives trading. He was the CIO for Rock Bund Capital, where he was responsible for investment strategy, risk capital allocation on derivatives quantitative trading. He was also the head of derivatives business development in Binance, managed the end-to-end of derivatives product development & business strategy.

    He started his career in the securities division of Goldman Sachs, hold quantitative responsibility across equities cash execution services and equities derivatives desks, and reaching the position of Executive Director on the Goldman Sachs Digital Asset team.
